The Boston Stranglers Scooter Club would like to invite you to the
2004 Scooter-Addict National Convention

The Boston Stranglers are a hard-living crew of vintage scooter enthusiasts who have been terrorizing Boston for over a decade. Every year we've thrown a bash on on Cape Cod, but this year we're inviting everyone up to the city to wreck it before the politicians can.

The Boston Stranglers 2004 Scooter-Addict National Convention is Thursday June 17th through Sunday June 20th. It takes place all over the fair city of Boston. If you can't come up with a scooter, that's okay, hop on the back of someone else's, take our excellent public transport, or take an affordable taxi to locales around the city.

Most of our events will center around, and depart from, our sponsoring hotel, a Howard Johnson's located in the shadow of historic Fenway Park. See the lodging section for those details.

Skip work on Friday and get to Boston early. On Thursday night we're having a rally kick-off bash at O'Brien's with free barbecue and punk rock for registering rally attendees. We planning a lovely ride on Friday afternoon as well. For the working class yobs, come out Friday night where the mayhem kicks into fourth gear at the Baseball Tavern across from the HoJo. When you register we'll buy your first drink. Saturday there are rides galore, and then we'll end it all with a big bash at The Kinvara Irish Pub. Your rally registration pays for live music, awards, a raffle and so much more.

What's all this about registration? Well for your $15 registration fee you'll get a handy rally bag with a bracelet good for free admission to all Scooter-Addict National Convention events, a ticket for a free drink at the Baseball Tavern on Friday night, an embroidered rally patch (see the logo prototype on the home page), a raffle ticket, and other assorted and useful swag. All weekend you'll be able to purchase extra raffle tickets, the official rally T-Shirt, additional patches/rally bags, and even 2-stroke oil.

You're next step in learning abot the rally is probably to visit the agenda page where you'll see all that we have in store for you. Note that many events are 21+. So look closely if you're a young one or plan on bringing a young one.
